Q: Is D20 a new business?
A: Yes! D20 is a brand-new, independently run local business.
Q: What is your service area?
A: We offer remote support for clients anywhere and on-site service for surrounding Stettler communities whenever possible.
Q: Do you work on Apple products?
A: Primarily Windows systems only. We are happy to help, however we can't guarantee the same depth of work we do on Windows systems.
Q: Do you fix printers or scanners?
A: We can attempt to troubleshoot the issue with your device, however we are not able to do physical repairs of peripherals.
Q: Can I drop off my computer?
A: No appointment is needed for in-house repairs. Just contact us to coordinate drop off and we’ll take care of the rest.
Q: Can you recover lost data?
A: In some cases. We can attempt to recover your data, it can never be guaranteed and success depends on the condition of the device
Q: How do I pay?
A: We accept e-transfer, Visa/Mastercard/debit, cheques, and cash.
Q: What happens if my issue isn't fixed?
A: Your satisfaction is important to us. If a repair doesn’t fully resolve the problem, please reach out so we can re-assess the issue

Q: Do you offer payment plans?
A: Not at this time. All services must be paid in full at the time of completion
Q: Do you service only personal PC's?
A: We’re happy to work with both residential and small business clients.
Q: Why only evenings and weekends?
A: We're working toward expanding our hours as we grow. We thank all our supporters for their patience

Q: Do you fix phones or tablets?
A: Unfortunately we don't. However, we can direct you to a fellow local business: Stettler Mobile Solutions
Q: Do you repair or clean game consoles?
A: Unfortunately we don't. We would recommend taking your console to the experts at Game Console Repair in Edmonton.
Q: Do I have to book online?
A: Not at all! If you're uncomfortable with the online booking system, give us a call, text or email. We'll reach out to schedule a service!
Q: What is your 'Reclaim Policy'?
A: Repairs or drop-offs not collected within 30 days may be reclaimed, wiped and resold to recoup the cost of the abandoned repairs
Q: Do you offer warranty?
A: Yes! We stand behind our repairs with a limited warranty on parts and labor. For more info, see our warranty policy
Q: How long do repairs take?
A: Repair times vary depending on the issue, we do strive to complete repairs as quickly as possible. We’ll provide you with an estimated timeline after diagnosing your system.
Q: Do I have to book online?

Q: Do you sell custom builds?
A: We sell refurbished, prebuilt or custom systems. If you are looking for something specific, reach out anytime!
Q: Do you buy used PC's?
A: Sorry no. We don’t purchase used devices.
