Need help at your home or business?

We'll comes to you. On-site service is $100/hour, booked in 3-hour slots. If your issue is resolved in under an hour, a $75 minimum applies.

Serving Stettler and surrounding areas; travel time is billable from D20's facility.

Best For: setups, network issues, and problems that need hands-on attention.

Fast help without the wait. Remote sessions are $75 and cover up to 30 minutes of troubleshooting.

Prepayment required via credit/debit or e-transfer. If your issue turns out to need in-person service, the $75 is credited toward your next booking.

Best for: software issues, account problems, and quick fixes.

Drop off your system and we'll get to work. In-house service is $100/hour. You're only billed for active work time.

A $75 diagnostic fee applies only if you choose not to proceed with repairs after assessment.

Best for: hardware repairs, upgrades, and anything that needs the bench.

We do not offer internet services, business-grade networking, software consulting, home security, security software or I.T. infrastructure planning.
